What is Broken?

Calls not connecting after reloading the page
In-call chat messages not opening sometimes
Presentation failure.
Missing notifications for in-call messages.

Bad Experience?

Missing "stop presentation" button
Inconsistent app performance across different devices.
No clear way to report issues or bugs.

What Needs Improving?

Call stability and connection quality.
Adding Video settings options such as background blur. etc
Addition of tutorials or guided walkthroughs.
Video resolution options.
Adding a comprehensive help section.
Better feedback and bug reporting mechanisms.

To Get More People Using It?

Regular updates based on user feedback.
Incorporating AI for enhanced user experience, like transcription or translation.

I'd add:

Increase Usage:

Improve sharing features
(Re)Add 'call now' feature with ringing
Improve notifications so folks know there is an incoming call in closed tabs etc.
