Don't block RS for game invites #2256

This was both a community suggestion and something that has annoyed me. We can send a site message when the game is ready, but the loader and button should be in situ

We probably want to add a window.onbeforeunload trigger here - which triggers a warning before the user navigates away. so they don't break init.
