User Liveness In Videocall

Each user window in a stun call should show the peers they understand are in the call and the connection status with that peer.

This will make it clear to everyone in the stun call if everyone else is aware of everyone in the session and if they are struggling to connect.

• Can set an interval (15s ?) for each party in the stun call to broadcast via data channel their call list + status
• When receiving the call list, if missing someone can initiation protocol to connect
• Update the UI to reflect the status -- the question is how...

@davikstone2 - have moved this back to Ready for Dev as:

• the identicons should be moved to the bottom right and padded in from the edge of the video box
• as mentioned by @f8daniel above we should be indicating the status of the connection between peers in the call. Should we discuss this on our call thurs?
