reduced useless overrides in themes that are not overriding shit #2470

reduced the themes overrides by 30-50%. Boom.

Next I can work on consolidating variables that don't need independent control.

didn't touch the arcade theme though, cause for some reason I can no longer test it like I could a week ago running it on RS
