made minor border adjustments to midnight identicon
added minor shadow change to chat popup that affects all themes, gets rid of the issue of the subheader bar bleeding into the message area.
added connection for the new arcade cascade to the styles so that it is affected by theme changes
added background to identicons for themes where there is some border padding
