Chat - chat sidebar shows incorrect time for the last (preview) message. #729

Chat side bar at saito.io/arcade shows incorrect time (and some times, blank message) for the previewed message, it load the computer time instead on the message's timestamp.

Steps to recreate: 1) User A visit saito.io/arcade, look at the chat sidebar on the left
