Hello, I'm using Volumio 3.324 and Snapserver 2.1.4 installed with your plugin helper. Plugin installed successfully but plugin settings page is an empty page.

Loginbug commented 2 years ago

Enabling plugin causes no audio output.

You need snapclient on local machine to output server stream. Also check via SSH your output device # with "snapclient -l " then use -s # of your main output device in snap client plugin advanced options.

Anyway I also have the same empty page on server settings. Hardcoded mine using config.json file via SSH.

may be due to this #17

Hi,

I also cant get it to work. Tried to install it on 3.324 and the latest (3.419?).

Installed server-plugin with the helper script or by git clone + "volumio plugin install" on a fresh volumio image I also tried the version with the modified UIConfig.json.simple as mentioned in #17

In the end it looks like the plugin installed well - but there is no settings available. I also cant play music in the server (problably i need the client also on the server - but doing so hasnt changed anything)

My client seems to see the server - but i wasnt able to play any music. It seems to work a little bit as i can adjust the volume control (slider) from the server on the client

Hi,

i tried it today again with a fresh 3.449 (RPI4). Today it seems to work (with the mentioned changes in #17)?? grafik

-> is this all i should see? -> When I open SnapWeb: "Under construction"? Thats also normal?

The only thing that is different to the other install methods is, that I this time havent installed a DAC? ("burned" image + installed Touch Display Plugin + installed Snapcast-Server Plugin) Folder /usr/share/snapserver/snapweb is available and not empty. I tried open it in Firefox and Chrome (android)

Edit: Ok, SnapWeb isnt finished yet by the server-plugin. So it is intended like it is right now.
