I have been testing your Colorizer.... GREAT JOB! One thing I noticed is that my markers dry out... I was wondering if there would be a way to use the clickable markers.... I could design a bracket, that the marker top could be pushed against to click it open or closed, but I dont have the skills to add to the script to make the printer add the additional moves. Basically we need it to pick up a marker, move over to the bracket drive up to click the pen, then go back to printing, then reverse before replacing the marker in the holder. Anyhow just an idea... Thanks for the great work so far!

Hi, i experimented with retractable markers but you need quite some amount of force. But if you apply to much force you z axis motor will miss some steps which will crash your print head into the build surface.. So 2 things: 1. I'm working on a completly new holder/racket Design which should work better in this regards. 2. If your markers dry up put them in isopropyl alcohol - the stuff you clean your build surface with. 30 seconds should be enough.
