Despite your advice on #53 I wasn't able to find a BLTouch adapter for Prusa, so I made a Prusa i3 MK3S+ mount.
It may work with additional versions of the printer.
Assembly instructions:
Replace the extruder motor plate with this design, attach the extender with 3 M3 screws (5-6 mm length), attach the holder with 3 M2 screws.
