Set dev as default arguments when running the projects #51

I tried to run the project using node src/organizer.js. It's asking for some sort arguments. I think, default arguments can be set dev for running the project

Sakibul Mowla: Inside the program, I've used dev as default. But I'm on the fence about defaulting it. Because when you specify explicitly, it gives you clarity. Probably I remember it today, but when I'll come back to the same code in a few months, I'll have to read the code to understand what is default.

Biswajit Debnath: ya right, but most of the project default as dev

Sakibul Mowla: Yeah, that's what I'm saying. I was thinking about removing those as well.
