So, to support stuff like Sundrop City, we need to support, generically, custom maps with custom weathers. While this wasn't a huge problem if the map is attached to the Valley, logically, we can presume that distant areas might have more requirements.
So, here's a list of what we need to do, and possible ways to look into it.
[ ] Formatting for a content pack like system, or some way for a mod to register weathers with Climates.
[ ] Investigate how much will need to be an overlay, and how much can be done through vanilla game systems
[ ] Do we need to save state the weathers? Probably not, but the save data model will need to allow for areas to have their own weather systems
[ ] Making sure the mod can reset the weather between locations perfectlly - will require investigating audio resets
