This is a fix for the issue named "Client player in multiplayer gets no temperature (0) for tomorrow." I reported on the nexus page.
Peculiar, considering it sends a resync later. Let me look at this a bit more when I'm home..
I'm not merging this directly, as the unpushed stuff would cause a merge conflict. I've updated the code on my end.

The WeatherSync message was created in to different places. The removed code was missing the tomorrowTemps fields so I replaced it with a function call that was already returning the correct values.
