Lunar: Restore corrupted WeatherIcons2.png #86

Lunar commit 97b39321a7bf53f927a3cd72b81166c3d0e89e17 seems to have damaged this specific PNG, in a way that no PNG tools can open it any longer. It was first added at 75b549437201b5e857c82f267a0206e07f01102b so this commit restores that version.

Note that I couldn't figure out what uses this file — it looks like Climates commit 1f7b211c1f8132e05395d19dac0b84df4db09ad6 switched from WeatherIcons2.png to WeatherIcons.png — so maybe it should be removed instead?

(I looked up the magic numbers for the broken file and it's apparently an iTunes CoverFlow (.ITC) file with magic string 'itch' 00 00 01 1C 69 74 63 68.)

That is.. extremely odd, considering I've removed it from local repos. Those files shouldn't still exist.

(And they don't now!)
