C#6.0 prospective changes #11

We can potentially eliminate ObjectConverter.cs with some of the 6.0 changes. But would all of the dependencies work? Also, would that actually solve the problem?

Issues -ILNumerics may not support it. Neither may Newtonsoft.Json

No. You'll still want to use ObjectConverter for the future with int and double.
