Several code snippets are borrowed from other people. We should vfy license and name them as contributors.

Removed quite a lot of contributed code in the latest clean up. Created CONTRIBUTORS and vfy license compatible. This should help.

We're actually MISSING some. Helix, Extended. Reopening now.
