Jenkins is quite expensive to host and can be extremely dynamic based on how and where it's hosted, which tools exist, how the runners are set up, etc.
Each Jenkins setup is unique in its own, thus the CI is kinda useless as you would have to replicate my exact same setup.
Plus, costs.
