Current library version does not support Sonnet 7200 PCI cards.

Added the 68K side of the setup.

Still to do are 68K mpc107 specific code, PPC setup parts such as memory, FIFO, kernel functions.

Rapture/Sonnet Memory and EPIC setup left.

Memory setup and EPIC setup added. Needs some tweaks in the MMU setup code then ironing out the bugs.
