Tabletennis crashes on e5500 #8

The WarpOS demo program 'Tabletennis' crashes with an ISI when returning to the original PPC task. This is probably MMU related as it only happens on the e5500 core and not on e300/e600 cores.

Fixed in build 63. Run68K now forces a TBL load from the return address if not present.
