Sounds speeds up in Shogo #37

After completing the first level the sound is sped up. This is probably due to some persisting/wrong signals.

With various updates to the library, the speed up is already there during start in the first menu.

This only affects Paula DMA 8 bit. Any of the other Paula 8 bit modes seem to work correctly.
