Board version 2.2 does not work reliably with ISSI PSRAM. #2

Numerous tests have shown that ISSI PSRAM (as specified in board revision 2.2 BOM) does not work reliably. If one wants to build a card based on 2.2 PCB, then AS6C3216-55BIN should be used.
