Remove duplicate lockfile, update README to use yarn package manager #5

I've figured you prefer using yarn, so I went ahead and removed the package-lock.json (which is created when using npm) and updated the README - using npm (or an equivalent) is still supported (and seasoned frontend devs know this), this PR is merely a bit of "housekeeping"

Thanks for the pull request! I'm still getting the hang of package managers, so I was a bit confused about why both npm and yarn were installed in the project.
