Describe the bug

Even though there is release 1.10 here in the GH project, the latest release available in PyPI is 1.9.3 at the moment.

I wonder if that's on purpose?

Expected behavior

Latest release available in PyPI.

Oopps, CI deploy failed (due to network error) and i forgot to run it again or something, should be fixed now
