Add set_register method #66

Registering to a network: Mode: 1 for manual network selection; 0 for auto. Plmn: Plmn network for manual ("Numeric" value returned by net_mode_list()); "" for auto. Rat: "0": "2G", "2": "3G", "7": "4G" ("Rat" value returned by net_mode_list()); "" for auto.

hi @ilarrain @Salamek how can i set my rotuer to LTE Advanced? I would like to have the same behaviour that i obtain with LTEWatchH
