Octoprint all black after creating command #17

I just installed this plugin using the plugin manager rather than from command line. I attempted to create my first command: Name: Turn off usb camera and display Action: hub-ctrl Command: sudo ./hub-ctrl -h 1 -P 2 -P 0

After submitting, all I get on octoprint web interface is a full black screen, no interface at all. I have rebooted my Pi and still get a black screen on the web interface.

Any ideas what caused this and how to reverse it?

appears as though I wasn't patient enough, black screen goes away after a couple minutes and interface comes up eventually. It didn't create my command in the drop down though, but I'll keep troubleshooting before submitting another issue for that.
