High liklihood that there's a user error along this journey: I tried to follow all the setup steps, including using the Client Profile Builder, but was not able to get my fake service to show up on my fake contact page. I tried to make the matching attributes as minimal as possible, requiring only the location to be the same. The service still didn't show up.
The setup procedure is pretty difficult to get through; I'm recommending to Amy that we setup a longer conversation to work through the current process and talk about how setup might be simplified.
