RefRecAdmin Permission Set missing Preferred_Channel__c and Score__c on referral__c object #227

Refer flow error on the Contact when trying to refer a service related to missing Read & Edit Access in the RefRecAdmin Permission Set for Preferred_Channelc on referralc object.

Unrelated to error but also noticed Score__c is missing from permission set.

I have the fix in a fork. Let me know if you are taking Pull requests from forks and I can send the change over.

As a note the Object Manager Object Name = Service Referral.
