Hide Service function does not hide a service #246

Steps to replicate

  1. In Service Match, Select a contact and go through the profile builder if there isn't a profile already built for it
  2. In the Service Match section of the screen, select 'Get Recommended Services'
  3. Once Services load, select the drop down arrow on one of them and select 'hide for this contact'

Expected Results: The service will hide for that contact

Actual results: Nothing happens. Once you refresh the page the service is hidden but you are then unable to unhide it without another page refresh.
