UI Updates - Layout changes for services - Move location of Provider on card #256

In order to know the provider of a service, the Provided By section should immediately follow the Service Name.

ACS Provided By should be directly below Service Name The Provider should link to associated account the text 'provided by' should be a lighter shade as indicated in design
