A suggestion we have received was having a way to easily refer a service if the case manager knows the service they are looking for rather than having to sort through the list of returned services. The feature would be to add a referral button on the Referral Program page that allows the case manager to find the contact and refer from there.
In order to quickly refer a program, As a caseworker, I need the ability to refer a program directly from the program.
AC:
Users should have the ability to refer a program directly from the program itself
Flow should mimic the referral flow in Service Match - Email and SMS
User should be prompted to add the Contact that they would like to refer the program to
If the contact does not exist, they should be prompted with a new user flow to add them
Users should have the ability to cancel out of the referral if they decide not to send it
Referral should behave exactly like a referral from service match
