using company approved inclusive language for sample data #360

@sandragolden thanks for the contribution! However, these files are not actually owned by the SDK - they are specifications published by other teams that are downloaded from Mulesoft in order to generate the SDK. The next time a new API is published, your changes will simply be overwritten. If you'd like your changes to become permanent, you'll need to reach out to the teams responsible for each individual API and ask them to update their specifications.
