Issue #53 & #58 - Hide "Miscellaneous" if there are no classes to show under it. #59

This was annoying me as well as a few others, so I figured I'd give it a shot. This was a quick and easy fix.
Let me know if you have any feedback on this. This is my first GitHub contribution so hopefully I'm doing it right. :-)
