Get additional features from SfApexDoc project? #7

I just found this project https://gitlab.com/StevenWCox/sfapexdoc/wikis/Home that also started with Aslam Bari's ApexDoc, and added a bunch of enhancements. Might be worth reviewing for ideas or code sharing.

I think I've implemented the big ones: nested classes. i haven't found anything else major it does that ApexDoc does not now do.
