Groups and Classes within Groups should be Alpha sorted #8

the listing of groups and classes in the menu should display them in alphabetical order. currently looks random!!

@jlantz I just noticed that in my local copy of ApexDoc generated files, my items are correctly sorted. Why would the version you built from the command line not be sorted the same way?

I'm not sure. My initial thought was something to do with capitalization but that doesn't appear to be the issue as all group files start with caps. The build scripts don't pass anything about where to find the group files so I don't think it's anything they're doing to cause this difference.
