SUGGESTION: Change Shift Description Field Type from "Text Area (Long)" to simply "Text" or "Text Area" so that this field can be used in formulas. It's very frustrating to want this usually brief description to be used via ShiftID lookup to appear on another object but not able to do it. Either that or make a field such as "Shift Title" to use instead of ShiftID, which is meaningless to a volunteer & near impossible to remember.

Unfortunately, I am unable to change the description datatype since the field is already packaged. If I add a Shift Title field (text 255), where would I need to use it? would it have to be added to the JRS, for copying? Would it need to be added to the JobListing and Calendar pages? Need to think about this more.
