Review the use of how tasks are used within the app.

[x] Standarise use throughout, Subjects, Assignments, etc
[x] Create the ability to create non-Animal related scheduled tasks, i.e. Regular cleaning, etc
[x] Calendar view for uncompleted scheduled tasks - https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.calendar_create.htm&type=5
