Ran into this same issue with Manufacturing Cloud objects. The issue appears to be sortablegrid is still on API version 41.0. Many of these industry cloud objects aren't available until higher API versions. Not sure how to nag SFLabs to update.

Same issue with CG Cloud objects (RetailStore, AssortmentProduct, Assortment, etc)
