Update package.xml and fix script error when component is loaded

• package.xml updates, it's literally same as @victorng8 's pull request.
  • some metadata is lacked so we cannot deploy package to our orgs
  • needed to change README deploy button my repository name to SalesforceLabs
• when deployment is successful, there is an error displayed when component is loaded:
  • 
  • it's just emergent fix, added some try-catch block when this.action is undefined
