Error trapping of the (preview) rendering engine (what makes the engine stumble), in my client's deployment we've identified they have one Word doc template that contains a page break that consistently breaks the rendering)

Hey @JP-WHO,

As discussed, the rendering engine is part of SF core and we are delegating to the preview screen beyond the File Explorer boundary. I believe you raised a ticket to SF support direct to address this?
