trigger case create email when case is created from utility bar #12

I observed that while we creating ticket from utility bar case create email not triggered.is there any limitation?? please help me on this . Thanks in advance.

HI,

I am not sure why the case email is not being triggered. This application uses "Issue" object which is not related to case.

It shouldn't have any impact on the case
