Chatter notification is not triggered when issue is created #15

When a issue is created , chatter feed is getting created but notification is not triggered even though the users are tagged.

I tested this with custom notification and that works. For now, you can use that (it's quick to create it).

If I can't figure it then I may ship custom notification in next version and you can upgrade the app.

FYI,

You will need to have both. Custom notification for Bell and post to chatter for chatter message.

I have updated the version and added custom notification for "Bell". It should work now. As always, make sure to test in sandbox before upgrading in production.

Around the same topic, the demo shows user tagging in the text field the admin chatter group, then that group getting notified. However the "@" mention does not work when typing in the text fields.

Or maybe create a new issue so we can focus on that?
