I have been using the Survey Force tool for about 1 year now, up till now quite satisfied. We manage all satisfaction surveys of 14.000 customers through this tool so it is quite crucial.
Fore some days now I receive an error when I want to acces the survey force detail .
List has no rows for assignment to SObject
An unexpected error has occurred. Your development organization has been notified.
This is quite annoying since we urgently need to adapt some of the existing surveys due to a rebranding. Can anyone help me out what I can do to rectify (knowin I am not a developer?)
