Added bluetail, analytics, chatter requests #1

I separated the Bluetail requests into it's own file. They use the 'fetch' function to make all of REST calls. Meanwhile, I included the analytics and chatter requests in the 'react.force.net.js` file. Let me know if you want to move those too.
