Added bluetail, analytics, chatter requests

Bluetail Request:

• Logos: batch and single request. There container and data flow is included in the other react.force repos
• Dashboard: dashboard list, data, status, and refresh requests
• Report: report data request
• Chatter: batch and single request for chatter info including pics

The bluetail file uses an npm module called react-native-config that pulls in environment variables for the bluetail oauth secrets. Specifically: btClientId btClientSecret btUserName btPassword

@ivanbogdanov this is the final PR. Let me know what you want to keep. I think we might want to make Bluetail support internal as there's no external facing API anyways.
