Created a VF Email template for customers to get their Copy of Survey responses but the VF content which is "Survey question" and "Response" field is not appearing in Email

We have created a VF Email template for customers to get their Copy of Survey responses but the VF content which is "Survey question" and "Response" field is not appearing in Email. And the weird part is that Email template is picking up the question and response field in Sandbox. when it comes to production we don't see the content. Is this something related to permission access to Object/fields? Thank you
