Report Issue: unable to delete and update question #143

Hi,

This issue is transferred from the Appexchange review page.

The installed version is 2.59 The issue was found and reported after May 5th. Issue Description: all issues happed on the "EDIT" tab of the Survey view page.

  1. The questions are not able to deleted by clicking the blue "Delete" button (there is no any response of the page after clicking the button).

  2. The unrequired question is not able to save after edited it, an "Argument cannot be null" error message occurred (see screenshot), we are pretty sure we didn't miss any mandatory data of the question.

  3. Other than that, the required questions can be updated.

I just tested this. These issues have already been fixed. You will need to upgrade your pacakge version to the latest.

Having said that, this is un-managed package and that makes it a bit harder. I have listed the steps to upgrade at https://github.com/SalesforceLabs/survey-force (towards the end).

One you upgrade (please test in sandbox first), these issues should go away

I am having the same issue right now @jrattanpal and the app was only just installed. I want to make an existing question not required, but when I try to save after unclicking the required box and clicking save, it gives me the argument cant be null error. What can i do?

It seems I am able to mark single select questions as not required and it saves fine, but I can't do the same with free text questions.

I just tested it and it works for me. Can you take the latest code and try again?
