Error: List has no rows for assignment to SObject

It doesn't prevent my users from creating or editing surveys, but I want to correct this error.

Ah, I just replied on your comment in AppEx.

There was an error a while back but that was fixed. What is the current version do you have? You may need to upgrade your app.

Steps on how to upgrade the app are listed at https://github.com/SalesforceLabs/survey-force (towartds the end of the page)

If you have the latest code and error is still happening then please upload APex Debug log so I can take a look

Hello!

Is there a way to ungraded this app without deleting the data we have from our surveys?

Unfortunately no. It’s an unmanaged package.

You can deploy the source code to your org and upgrade that way. That option is also listed under upgrade options. But it’s manual. --
