Color Coding Format for Survey question choices

Any chance of adding Color coding to Survey question choices? we are looking to get something like the image attached in this message.

If this is not possible ,Does changing the "Choices" field Data type to Rich text will impact anything?

This is currently not possible. The choices field is text field and we haven't implemented rich text functionality; and there is no roadmap planned for this feature.
