Can't open survey on site #166

Hello, I have a problem because when I make available the url of my survey on my site (the questionnaire must be sent by mail but also available on the site) (the field contact id is changed in the url) I have an error that appears "Page not available Maybe the page was deleted, the URL is incorrect, or something else went wrong. If you know the page exists but you still can't get to it, please ask the community administrator for help." I can't figure out why.

This error generally happens because of missing page or permission issue. Make sure to go through the guide and confirm all steps were performed.

It could also be that site name or page name was changed somehow and you need to fix that. I can't say without looking but that's what I can guess

Can you confirm that when a user connects to the portal with his login and password, clicks on a url (with his changed id) he should be able to answer the survey?

As long as you have "shared" the survey with them, they should be able to.

It will also work for "Guest" users so they don't have to necessarily login (if you so want)
