8 months ago It's hard to say what maybe happening. You need to capture APex debug logs to see what is the exact error and where is this happening. That is the first step.
If you can share the logs here then I can try to take a look and guess what maybe going on

When I try to reply to a survey when I'm logged in as a user on my organisation's portal I can't manage to save the reply from a survey I get this error, "Unable to save recording". It's important to note that I use tech/mirror objects from my different campaigns to display the information in different tabs in my portal. When I use the "questionnaire" tab, I can answer the questionnaires, but when I use the "test questionnaire" tab, it doesn't work. I've checked the access to this object, the sharing rules and OWD, and everything is identical.
Can you help me solve this problem?
