Expected behavior
We should see a discussion about setting up sharing rules for Case and Contact.

I am working with Salesforce Support Security team to debug a customer security issue with this package.
We are following the instructions, but in this section, the instructions are vague and we would like to see the details that are contained in the referenced thread. Even so, the documentation should be crystal clear about what sharing rules to set up - it should NOT send the user off to another site to figure out what to do.
While we're reviewing that readme page, I also noticed another stupid link:
Following notes were posted by "Cynthia Chen" on https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N30000003I2gDEAS&revId=a0S3A00000Jk9SvUAJ&tab=r
Cynthia Chen is no longer listed as the original poster's name - she is now "Xiang Chen". Her post was from 2019, so a user that wants to see what she said is forced to hit "Show More" many, many times. Wouldn't it be better to remove the link and just post the contents here in the doc?
Final complaint: Do you really need the last section on the page ("Issues")? Since this issue was resolved years ago, it probably should be removed from here now. Just to tidy things up.
